😠 They are incompetent. I hosted my domain name for over 8 years, and after 8 years, this company sold my domain name to another company without contacting me by email or phone. After I contacted the company in Romania by phone, they refused all responsibility and even removed the phone contact option. Currently, until today, for the past 5 months, you could contact this company by phone, but now it's not possible. So, if you want to lose your very important domain name, think twice before trusting a company like this. I lost €4500 in this affair with Globe Hosting. Good luck to everyone!
