Once good, got terrible lately
This company is run by 2 people, started as student project. In the beginning, it was fine, as they responed quickly and I was ordering services. But during times, it got worse. For example, they have wrong database setup, so every 50th request ends up with an error. Never fixed. Also, they have no monitoring for that, so they newer knew until I noticed. Also, during 2011, FTP (unsecured, the only way to deploy) started to be so slow that one small file was transfering around 20 seconds. After a while, level of service dropped so low that I was forced to move. But that started the real hell - they had total mess in their accounting, sending invoices charging for services cancelled months before. And in the end, caused by all that mess, they insisted on mistakenly charged money, and started suing me for like $3. Beware.
