Loved them. Have been with them for at least 20 years. But in the last few months they had a major system failure and communications was nil - even on their Twitter and Facebook "pages".
Recently, email went down again. Their site is still down. I had to move on. A shame. I guess good things can't last.

😞 I have been with FutureQuest since the 1990s. The only complaint I have had with them has been the support limitations where they will only communicate via email. BUT in the last few months I am not sure what the problem is, I do suspect one of the key engineers has left, and they just cannot get issues resolved on a timely manner. The biggest issues have been emails not working at all or working erratically. I opened a ticket recently, and got back a reply that "something is going on" and the server is being over used so I just need to wait.... I hate to write a review like this for a company I have been with for many years, but their incompetence is affecting my business at this point. May have to move my services to someone else next year. 12-3-2020

😠 After 10 years. the last few months have been unbearable. They had 4 days where there was nothing - no email, no websites. no forums no control panel. Customers think we've closed down during Covid. Now Im working on the 3rd day of no email again. Tech support is email only, which when they eventually reply tell you you should read the forums (which are working this time) gives you no ETA. Regretfully this is another "used to be good" company.

FutureQuest began as a dream between a systems engineer, and a web designer. The name was registered in January of 1998, and the business came to life in June of that same year. Two people, one server, and six T-1s, planted the seeds for the community we have today.With an honest service and public message forums as the foundation, FutureQuest has built positive relationships with the site owners, in addition to providing a way for the site owners to give and receive valued input regarding the development hurdles they may encounter, as well as the servers they share. A simple concept, that has resulted in higher standards throughout the industry, as well as empowering the site owner overall.
The goal was to create an environment where web site owners would enjoy the power of having real-time interactions with the providing host, as well as the virtual neighbors they shared the network with. Prior to FutureQuest, many felt a void that seemingly blocked them from their neighbors and left them feeling alone with the task of developing their web sites. FutureQuest has been instrumental in removing that void, and we continue to pave the way toward new standards in the hosting industry.

FutureQuest Increases Network Capacity - Web hosting provider FutureQuest Inc. (FutureQuest.net) recently announced that it has made a major increase in the available capacity and redundancy of its already-sizeable network.
FutureQuest says it has added multiple new routes, configuring each with BGP4 and full global IP routing views. Newly-installed DS-3 connectivity from Internap, including provisions from AT&T, Cable & Wirelesss, Qwest, Genuity, Sprint, UUNET, Verio and Global Crossing, will ensure a reliable path is chosen for each individual connection, says the company.
Internap uses its ASsimilator software to collect and process data, detecting network failures and other barriers and routing traffic past congestion points using the most direct and reliable path.
Along with the new Internap intelligent routing services, FutureQuest says it has introduced multiple new carrier-class routers configured with BGP4 protocol and full global IP routing views to the FutureQest Network.

😁 FutureQuest gave me everything I needed at the best price. Their servers are well maintained and upgraded, the up-time is great and, so far, everything they promised, they delivered. If you want to be able to get an answer in the middle of the night to a problem you ran into, FutureQuest's support is there. Their Forum is awesome. If you want options, they have it. They are flexible and accommodating. I wish I had stock in this company!
