Firstly they are not even using their own hosting servers. they are a reseller of https://www.liquidweb.com/
Fusion Arc Hosting is a web hosting company that offers secure and easy website hosting services. Full support of cPanel, Plesk, and Interworx.
The C.E.O. prides himself on using alias names. First when we joined he called himself Mario and recently changed his name to Alexander.
We have been with this hosting company for almost a year and constantly experienced issues with their servers. Recently they advertised their package from $9.95 per month to $3.95 per month.
When we tried to downgrade our package they made all kinds of excuses to not let us downgrade.
We refused to renew our services unless we got the advertised price, and this started a chain of events.

😁 So far, amazing! Great for the price. Best budget hosting I've ever had. I've had some serious downtime problems with pasts hosts, this host is reliable and quick. Both with customer service and regarding the server they put you on.
