I've been with Ferngully for close to 2 years now and the service has been absolutely amazing! Im not the most technical person in the world, especially when it comes to websites. but Ferngully staff always seems to find the patience when dealing with my questions. Overall, great service, great price, great staff, highly recommended to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy web host. Thank you for the great service!

I decided to try out FGG webhosting services. Everything was fine for the first year, however when it came time to renew my account. The price was doubled and they had already taken 12.50 through paypal's auto renewal payment. They sent an email stating that they had raised their prices without notice and threatened to delete host files if the remaining balance was not paid. Fortunately I had used paypal and was able to retrieve my money back, however I was upset that they would use bait and switch tactics in order to increase their profits. If I wanted to pay premium prices I would have signed up with the big name companies instead of dealing with FGG. Be AWARE, this company is NOT to be trusted and watch out for unethical and unprofessional behavior from this company.

Good Host
Overall I'm happy with Ferngullygraphics. I have had limited downtime- averaging from 100 - 99.1 uptime over the last year.

Customer service has been good. There was an error on my account and I was taken care of properly.

Would recommend for small businesses to personal use.

About Fern Gully Graphics

Now owned 100% by Fernando D. Alfaro (view Linked In Profile Here), The origins of FernGullyGraphics date back to 2003 (once being fully incorporated, with a managing business partner). FernGullyGraphics.com, Inc (as a business was originally formed in Denver, CO). That version of the business eventually went Bankrupt around 2005-2006 (although never publicly disclosed). By estimatation, during those few years, FernGullyGraphics easily developed well over 1000 websites and hundreds of logos for businesses all across the globe. Around 2007 Fernando D. Alfaro moved back to California (his hometown) and continued to service the remaining client base as a sole proprietor (essentially freelancing with the FernGullyGraphics brand name still in tact, minus the .com, managing partner and Inc. Around 2012 FernGullyGraphics quietly re-launched and began the climb back to relevance and hopefully prominence.

Now serving customers in over 30 countries, FernGullyGraphics specializes in site development, deployment, marketing and promotion (keeping your business ahead of the rest). FernGullyGraphics continues to operate as a sole proprietorship in 2015 (registered in Modesto), however we will be re-incorporating in 2016 (as an S corp) with the intention of remaining privatley owned. Our cPanel web hosting servers are located in Dallas, Tx (Inside The DataBank data center). In addition, we have our DNS servers spread out across various data-centers within the 48 continental states.
