The business initially operated under the name Bluehost Kenya before adopting the FlashHost identity. Vincent Opar was the main technical and operational figure associated with the company, handling website development, server administration, customer communication, hosting support, and general service management.

FlashHost became inactive after September 2024. Its final articles appeared on September 21 and 22, 2024, while the last identifiable billing-system promotion was dated December 24, 2023. The remaining WHMCS client portal is largely a legacy installation, with empty product categories, outdated packages, inconsistent redirects, and obsolete company information. The company offered enough products to support personal websites, small businesses, agencies, hosting resellers, WordPress projects, online stores, email services, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, streaming services, and website-development requirements.

Former customers should keep independent backups and transfer any remaining websites, domains, email accounts, or hosting services to an active provider.
