😞 After three moths of semi-smooth experience decided to pay for both my servers at once, put both payments into one bitcoin transaction. Their stoopid system havenot registered my second payment. After that I spend 4 hours of talking to extremely unqualified support explaining how they should check my paiment in www.blockchain.com

The web hosting service I receive from first2host is better than the rest as I have been with a few companies. I have one criticism as there is no phone support but I always receive a reply to my tickets in under 20 minutes, the price is very important to me as I run such a small business and I’m unable to afford abig budget website. The staff at first2host are all friendly and also competent in their job.

I've hosted with a few of the large companies but these are by far the best, The features in cPanel are the best I've seen! 5 PHP Versions, Shoutcast, CloudFlare, Auto Installs, FFMPEG to name a few.
The speed and uptime have been top notch so far although the security system they use can be a bit annoying, if you enter the wrong password 5 times you have to login to your client area to whitelist your IP and gain access again, I suppose it keeps us safe though so can't really complain.
Overall the best I have seen.

The speed and uptime have been top notch so far although the security system they use can be a bit annoying, if you enter the wrong password 5 times you have to login to your client area to whitelist your IP and gain access again, I suppose it keeps us safe though so can't really complain.
Overall the best I have seen.

I have a Dedicated Server with First2Host and I'm about to purchase my second one. Not sure about the support because I haven't needed any help yet but I'm confident if I ever need it, it will be their.
The server delivery is quick, I had my original server setup in about an hour an half with everything I had asked for (extra IPs). The speed of the connection us good but if you want to use port 25 you need to request the port is opened.

Beware that Company this is a joke nice plan very cheap but in real life its a rubbish / time waster i suggest to install web guardian to be well informed what is happen with your website!!! only 5 days after registering only problems with my reseller account....nothing works, never ends troubles with permissions...site once works once not.....evening was fine at the morning nothing at all even access to c-Panel/WHM was unable.....i was left with nothing when i contact them they locked my account i was unable to make backup my data !!! this is the worse hosting I ever had.....spread this out as much you can we have to kick out that kind of fraud from the market....they blamed me that im doing something wrong had to go back to previous host lost 5 days...thats crazy.. Not seen another company where you get a server node for under £10 a month which is capable of creating 5 virtual servers. There is the condition that if you buy licences like cPanel you must purchase them from first2host but looking at the price it's very competitive anyway so it doesn't matter. My node was complete within 24 hours unfortunately nodes are setup manually and the other products instantly. Overall a good catch and I would recommend.

Just moved from Heart, I must say it's fast and cheap. It's more of a personal service to. The support is fast and friendly and the server seems to be available all the time. You also get a free cloudflaire account which is a very big bonus! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Well I took out hosting with first2host all was going well I thought I had to make a payment every three months not every month, (my fault) So I was suspended after a day and my account deleted after 4 (their T&C's say 14 days). So when I realise my website is down I open a support ticket and promise to pay which I then do instantly (including the £10 late fee). Before I pay I ask if the website can be restored from one of their backups they say yes and not only that that they have my cpanel account open and running everything was fine. I then pay and ask about getting the backup restored they agree and say this may take up to 24 hours. I am then told that the backup of my site was deleted along with my account. Now I am quite tech minded myself and know that they would backup the whole server all at once and to delete an individual website from the backup would be pointless. I was told everything I wanted to hear until I paid my bill then told that everything before was lies [read more...]

I was a linux customer and then first2host changed over to Linux and Windows, It's Amazing!! If I have my domains from them then i can use Windows And Linux at the same time on my sites, So i can get things like ASP.net But also Linux features to. If i have a problem I normally get a 10 minuet reply too. I recommend to anyone , And if your current host is crap, Just move.

I must say it's not price that tends to draw me to a web host it's the quality of service, If your site breaks it's not the bill you worry about it's getting it back to normaly. I can honestly say i get a response to my support tickets in under 10 minuets with these guys, that work so hard for their customers.
There unlimited plan is fantastic, It offers all the features I need and want, What's more i am able to host my domains on a windows os or linux from one account, Something iv not herd of before.
