😃 I am ok with the support and services quality they offer, I faced some problems but they give instant support. Try to reduced the problems otherwise support is good. There are more other hosting providers available in the market, my special recommendations including ehosting are Host gator, Domain racer, Blue host they are good in terms of support and features.

😠 No emergency support is a dealbreaker
I have very little experience with the features of this service, but I know one important fact: they work 9am-530pm PST on weekdays and not a minute longer. This is a terrible business model for a web host. If their servers go down on a weekend or BC Holiday (where they are located) you will have to wait until the next business day to get a hold of someone. It's Family Day in BC right now and my website is down and my people in Chile, Mexico, and eastern Canada are without email service.
Shame on me for not looking deeper into this provider's emergency contingencies, especially when our email domain name resolution relies on them. Shame on them for thinking they can host websites on 9-530 business hours in one time zone.

😁 Excellent host! Never any downtime, mail works great, cpanel is good, phpmyadmin available, lots of disk space, database space, and bandwidth for the price. Great billing reminders too.
Ask for anything via email and it will be done within a day (such as enabling htaccess).
There are so many bad hosts out there. This one is amazing. Several sites hosted here. A friend who referred me (having well over 5 years with them) has never had any problems either. No reason to change when it's this good.

Try getting through to customer service during business hours. I dare ya. Nobody is at the helm period; Live Chat, Live Help, pressing zero on the phone; a waste of time.

😠 I have been with ehosting for some time now and they are terrible. Features are mostly non-existent as they have an ancient version of cpanel. You can't create common email address usernames because they are already being used by other users on the same server. i.e. info@domain.com is out of the question.
Monthly pricing is high considering what you get and god forbid you ever ask for any special assistance. Customer support is free until they actually have to do ANYTHING at which point they charge you about $100/hr. In terms of getting through to their customer support, you might want to send them mail through Canada Post at the same time you call them because you'll definitely get an answering machine and wont get a call back anytime soon.
Terrible service overall and I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
