Easy.gr is a long-running Greek domain, hosting, infrastructure and digital-services provider operated by Europlanet. The company has been active since 1992, giving it one of the older operational profiles in the Greek internet-services market. Its background is especially strong in domain registration: Easy.gr became the first official .GR registrar in Greece in 2004, holds ICANN registrar ID 4037, works with EURid for .EU domains, and also has Nominet accreditation for .UK domains.

The company is not limited to basic web hosting. Its portfolio covers Domains, Shared Hosting, Linux Hosting, Windows Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, WooCommerce Hosting, Email Hosting, MS SQL Database Hosting, Semi-Dedicated Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Cloud Hosting, Cloud Space, SSL Certificates, Backups, Anti-Spam, DDoS Protection, Website Monitoring, Sitebuilder, E-Shop Development, Telephony, SMS, and reseller/API services. This makes Easy.gr a practical choice for customers who prefer one Greek provider for domains, hosting, servers, website services and business communication tools.

Shared hosting includes entry-level SSD NVMe plans for small websites, email accounts, Linux or Windows hosting and multiple datacenter choices. Managed hosting is stronger for WordPress and WooCommerce users, adding Let’s Encrypt SSL, Easy Backup, Easy Antispam, VirusDIE, 24/7 monitoring, free transfer and Support Prime. Email hosting uses Plesk and includes POP3/IMAP mailboxes, webmail, forwarding and anti-spam features. MS SQL database hosting is useful for Windows-based applications, business software and database-driven projects that need remote SQL management.

For infrastructure customers, Easy.gr also provides VPS, dedicated servers and colocation. VPS plans include SSD NVMe storage, IPv4/IPv6, root access, Anti-DDoS, free reinstallation/reboot options and Linux or Windows choices depending on configuration. Dedicated servers are available in Greece and several international locations, with unmanaged and managed options, monitoring, reboots, backup/restore functions and optional control panels. Colocation targets customers who want to place their own equipment in Greek datacenter infrastructure with bandwidth, IP addresses and technical support.

The website supports Greek and English, and services are priced in EUR. The English version is usable, although the localization is uneven in some areas, with Greek fragments, older terminology and legacy-style layout elements. The company’s service range is broad and mature, but the presentation feels more traditional than many newer European hosting platforms.

💰 Price & Cost

Prices are shown in EUR and generally exclude 24% Greek VAT, along with any applicable payment-provider or transaction fees.

Shared hosting starts with small plans such as Mini Pack, around €2.97/month, with 400 MB SSD NVMe storage, one website and one email account. Larger shared hosting packages move into the approximate €4.90–€6.00/month range for starter-level hosting, while multi-site plans can reach around €14–€30/month, depending on datacenter, billing term and configuration.

Managed WordPress / WooCommerce hosting is positioned higher because it bundles security, backup and support features. The visible managed plans start around €16.06/month, then move to about €23.92/month and €39.92/month for larger resource allocations. These plans include SSD NVMe space, RAM allocation, email accounts, MySQL databases, unmetered GR-IX traffic, Easy Backup, Easy Antispam, Let’s Encrypt SSL, VirusDIE and monitoring.

Email hosting starts around €5.94/month for 10 mailboxes and 4 GB SSD NVMe storage, with larger plans around €11.66/month and €29.56/month. Some email plans include setup fees. MS SQL database hosting starts around €25.20/month, with Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Plesk, remote SQL management and daily automated backup.

VPS pricing starts around €12.90/month for a small 20 GB SSD NVMe plan with 1 CPU, 2 GB total RAM allocation, IPv4/IPv6 and Anti-DDoS. Dedicated servers in Greece start from around €85/month, with setup fees depending on the selected server. Colocation starts around €130/month for 1U rackspace, 1 Gbps network card, 200 GB monthly traffic and 4 IP addresses.

Payment options are flexible. Easy.gr accepts bank deposit / wire transfer, Easy credits, Paysafecard, credit card, PayPal, VivaWallet, and cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase Commerce, including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin. One Easy credit equals €1.

A universal hosting money-back guarantee is not part of the standard offer. Refund language is clearer for specific domain-related services, such as unsuccessful backorder registration cases, where the amount can return as Easy credits. Domain-related credit-return promotions also exist, but they should not be treated as a general hosting refund policy.

🏢 Data Center

Easy.gr uses a multi-location infrastructure model. Hosting and server locations include Greece, France, Germany, United States, Canada and Finland, depending on the service. The Greek hosting and server environment is strongly connected with GR-IX, while dedicated-server location filters include Greece GR-IX, Canada, Germany, France and Finland.

The infrastructure combines branded/proprietary servers, Supermicro hardware, Intel processors, RAID-based storage, automated backups and server monitoring. Greek datacenter and telecom partners include OTE (ote.gr), Synapsecom (synapsecom.gr), GR-IX (gr-ix.gr), OVHcloud and Cogent. Dedicated connectivity includes 1000 Mbps dedicated bandwidth in Germany, 250 Mbps dedicated bandwidth in France and Canada, and 1000 Mbps shared direct GR-IX connectivity in Greece, with unmetered traffic under fair-use conditions.

Colocation is available in Greek datacenter infrastructure with 1U rackspace, 1 Gbps network interface, IP addresses, reboots, root access and managed-service options. This is useful for Greek businesses, agencies and technical customers that want physical server placement in Greece rather than only virtual hosting.

The clearest uptime statement is 100% Network Uptime for MS SQL database hosting. Dedicated server services also include monitoring and high-availability-oriented infrastructure, although customers needing a formal SLA should verify the exact agreement for the chosen product before ordering.

✍️ Customer Support

Easy.gr provides customer support through email, helpdesk tickets, live chat, phone, FAQ, manuals, blog resources and SOS-style ticket options. Phone and live chat support operate during business hours, generally 09:00–17:00, while ticket and email support are available on a 24-hour basis. Infrastructure monitoring can also notify support staff by SMS for technical incidents.

Support Prime and Executive support add-ons are available for managed hosting, VPS and dedicated-server customers. Prime support includes 24/7/365 ticket handling, phone/chat during business hours, server/CMS advisory support, offsite backup, diagnostics, monitoring and faster escalation. Executive support adds higher priority, broader request coverage and shorter response targets.

This support structure suits customers who want Greek-language assistance and a provider capable of handling domains, hosting, servers and web services in the same environment. Customers who require continuous live chat or full phone coverage outside business hours should match their expectations with the correct support level before purchase.

🔨 Control Panel

Easy.gr uses MyEasyPanel, its own account-management environment, for managing domains, hosting, websites, telecom products and other services from one central interface. This is a useful advantage for customers with multiple domains, hosting packages and add-on services.

Hosting products also rely on established technical control panels. Depending on the service, customers can use Plesk, cPanel / WHM, ISPmanager, Easy-Panel, OpenVZ/KVM management tools, MS SQL Admin, phpMyAdmin and Plesk Sitebuilder. Easy.gr has also maintained a long relationship with Plesk and has operated as a Plesk Platinum Partner in Greece since 2004.

Dedicated server control panels are available as paid add-ons, including ISPmanager, cPanel & WHM and multiple Plesk editions. Sitebuilder users can create websites through a browser-based WYSIWYG builder without coding, while e-shop customers can use Easy Shop-style services for products, categories, orders, payments, SEO and marketing tools.

🎯 Conclusion

Easy.gr is a mature Greek provider with a wide product catalog, strong domain-registry background and useful infrastructure options for customers who want Greek hosting, .GR domain expertise, VPS, dedicated servers or colocation from one supplier. Its main strengths are long market presence, Greek-domain credibility, broad payment-method support, multi-location infrastructure, GR-IX connectivity and centralized account management.

The company is especially relevant for Greek businesses, agencies, developers, domain investors, e-commerce projects and customers who need both domain services and hosting infrastructure. Managed hosting and support add-ons are practical for WordPress and WooCommerce users who prefer help with backups, anti-spam, security and monitoring.

The main weakness is the older presentation style. The website is functional but text-heavy, with uneven English localization and a less modern buying flow than newer cloud-hosting platforms. Easy.gr is best recommended for customers who value an established Greek provider and broad service coverage more than a minimalist modern dashboard or simplified global-cloud pricing.
