😠 They are fraud, They literally calls you 100 times before you buy their service but once you buy it, you are on your own if there is any downtime or any other issue.

😠 Bad support services. The server is down for 2 hrs and they never shared open vpn client info. They have unprofessional support staff who dont care that the server is down.

😁 Super price performance ratio. the IOPS on a per box basis is very high and its easy to get 5000-10000 IOPS on a burstable basis. this makes our DB queries run very fast and the website response times as a result is great

😁 cost-effective and very optimized. Was able to get sustained bursts of 10000 IOPS for a mysql installation under decent load. Support response times are decent (around 20-30mins) for a typical request and there usually is a helpful article shared as part of the response.

😠 So during a vacation, the invoice from E2E went unheeded for a week. This after being their customer for almost a year with regular payments. Without any attempts to contact us for payment, E2E suspends our nodes, terminates the account and THEN calls us to get payment update. This is when our billing address is within a mile of their head office and data center. Who treats their customers this way?

😁 After using Bluehost for many years, I moved to one of E2E Networks SSD cloud plans. They charged a very reasonable ₹2,500 and migrated my phpBB installation smoothly. Post the move, I noticed an immediate improvement in site load and server response times. As per my monthly Pingdom reports, my sites overall uptime has improved significantly as well. While at Bluehost, I used to get monthly Pingdom reports of between 97% - 98% uptime. At E2E Networks this has improved to 99% - 100% uptime, as measured over the past 13 months.

😠 These people don't respect customers. The infrastructure might be good but a hosting company must be extremely good at support and my repeated experience with them had been that there is close to zero support documentation, they will always ask you to buy paid support and still ignore all you support requests. Very hard to have a conversation and get work done with this company if you do not have supper server admin of your own. Tech is not all the business, tech is a tool to implement part of the business model. Not a company to associate of you wish of focus on your business.

😠 Infrastructure is good. Very basic addons. The customer support is very bad. So dumb that they are not able to migrate one wordpress website even after paid support of Rs2500 + tax. They email you and ask you to call them. Their service level agreement and commitment has no meaning and value
