Dynamic Hosting acquired another hosting company called hostmantis, they've been there operator for more than a year already, since the acquisition, the hosting service and support was a let down, been a customer for 10 years with hostmantis, this is the first time DOWN TIME OF 16 HOURS, ON NOVEMBER 2 THEN ANOTHER DOWN TIME ON NOVEMBER 16.
ACQUIRE ONLY GOOD HOSTING COMPANIES THAT YOU CAN ALSO SUPPORT!!

😁 I have been using Dynamic Hosting for over 10 years and over the years have used it to host over 10 websites for various clients. I can say that I have always been delighted with the fast, friendly service. The fact that their servers are based in Canada is of crucial importance to me and my clients some of whom being government funded require that their data reside in Canada. Recently, they moved me to a faster server at no extra cost to me and the whole process was seamless and invisible to me. Their prices are also amazing and as they continue to expand across Canada they just get better and better! I also find installing WordPress on a site to be simple and fast. I highly recommend them.

😁 We host all of our client websites with Dynamic Hosting. Their support staff is fast and friendly, and their server speeds are better than any of the hosting giants I worked with before moving to them. They migrated all my shared hosting websites to their servers for free!

😁 Dynamic Hosting is by far the best hosting company I have been with. Their control panel is easy to use, and their websites run fast. Excellent hosting staff, and speedy support responses. There is never a wait time on the phone lines.

😉 Appalling hosting. They do NOT have 24/7 technical support. They hardly ever answer the phone and it would take me an average of 4 hours to get a reply when the server went down, which was usually daily.
When I complained about service the first time they blamed my scripts. When the website began crashing daily, I received advice that a "bad domain was causing the problems and should be fixed now". Then I received an apology from them stating:
"I'm really sorry about this, it's not the service that you should expect and I apologize for that. We can migrate your site to a new server in a new data center that is much more reliable then the server / data center you are in now. Thank you very much for all your patience."
When the problems still did not go away, I complained to the BBB and got the following response:
"We have just been notified that you have made a claim against us with the BBB. In your claim, you state that our servers are at fault when in fact it is [read more...]
