😠 DWHS is the worst ever!
I had purchased two separate hosting packages for two different domains. An entire week went by and they refused to give me my log-in info for the second hosting package. The first domain was up but for some reason they refused to provide log-in info for second domain so I canceled service for second hosting package. They promptly retaliated by canceling and blocking the first working domain and hosting package!
That is the most boneheaded move ever by a hosting company. When they say they offer a money back guarantee if you have a different working domain they will block that like they did to me in retaliation.
The do not return calls, the 24/7 tech support is not true. It seems to be about two hours whenever they feel like it is what I experienced. Billing never answered my emails. They retaliate and in general the "webmaster" seems to be a high school kid with no real understanding of customer service or customer retention. 🗨 We are very sorry for the issue, the customer did a charge back without contacting us. We have voicemail, chat, contact forms, and support tickets which he never used.
Mistakes happen, and in this case he never got his welcome email so he thought the account was not set up.
He could of logged in with the details he chose at sign up but never did.
There was no mistake, he just didn't know how to check his bulk mail folder or try to login at anytime. Then instead of using a ticket or contact form he tried to call and because we did not answer he did a charge back.
I can only advise this customer to try to contact a merchant if you feel there is an issue by a contact form or ticket so you know that they know about the issue. Otherwise it's not fair for the merchant to just do a charge back because of a missed phone call.

😞 DWHS Needs Better Tech Support
If you expect quick responses to technical support tickets, I would suggest looking elsewhere. They take forever and a day to answer tickets. Good luck reaching them by phone. In this case, you get what you pay for I suppose. It's just too bad because otherwise their hosting service works pretty well but when you have a problem, you can't reach anybody or it takes a long time before anyone answers tickets. Maybe they should consider hiring more help but we are also trying to run a business and can't go without support when it is critical. So beware.

I had grown weary of being taken advantage of by the techie geeks and their $25.00 a month “hosting fees” for what I now know was for just adding my pages as an add-on domain.
I have 3 active sites with DWHS now.
I was really glad to learn a couple years ago, that they had begun registering domains.
All my domains are registered with them now, and all my sites are on their servers.
I cannot recall my sites being down at all, ever.
I am writing this, as a very satisfied customer.

😃 DWHS Provides a good economic way for e-business and e-commerce. If you’re looking for a startup or advanced service for your new business DWHS is one of the best hosting company’s I’ve seen. Great for one stop shopping when you consider their other site EZ Domain. However it would be nice if they had an easy online template design application including a simple to use service ap for creating java functions to create easy mail forms as well as Flash objects would go a long way for beginners and novice.

😁 Well i only have few months with DWHS but in this time i can say (write) that the customer service it´s good and really konow wath they are talking about but some times they delay a couple of days to answer your questions.
i have 2 sites with them and in any time i have a bad experience
just 1 time my site ws down for 15 min. but it´s the only exeption that i have in all the time
i don´t know why some have problems with them but in my case i recommend them

DWHS got us out of trouble when the other company we were using closed its doors and ran with our money.
Their Cpanel is so easy to use, and it comes loaded with goodies. Blogs, Bulletin Boards, Newsletters. You name it, our account has it.
I would not change their service for nothing! We've been with them for over 10 years now.

I did take some time choosing my first "web hosting service" and I'm delighted with my choice. No sooner had I tried to start up than I bungled as a "new user" and they had me "fixed up and flying" in no time - and on New Year's Eve!

😃 I don't have a problem with the site. Their customer service and technical support are great and when I have a problem and contact them they normally get back to me pretty quickly. The only problem I have is that my website seems to run very slowly and I have a hard time posting videos. But other than that their service is great and if I'm late with a payment they don't immediately cut me off and they'll work with me. Great prices too.

😠 Every other day, the service goes down. I get a "Database connection error". It is simply not reliable. Now a days, the service has been down more frequently. I opened a ticket and it takes more than 2 hours for some one to fix the problem. This is unacceptable. For some reason they were reliable the first year I tried them. It is during my second renewal, things started going south.
They have the "Live Support" icon. It has never worked for me. I always get a message No staff members are currently available for live chat, Please open a support ticket.

😠 Do NOT use this company. Their servers unbalance every three days, their customer service is horrible, the local backups are incomplete and their security is a joke. They are really unethical in their business practices.
🗨 This is obvious outlandish claim. We host over 100k domains and trusted by top names like the FIFA soccer league, Donal Trump, among others. This is someone saying bad things because they are upset which we are sorry if we upset them. We try our best to exceed every clients expectations with real in house support and low loaded servers for the best possible website performance.
