Si tu proveedor te deja dos días offline y cuando llamas no te atiende tus consultas, al menos para darte una explicación razonable, creo que lo que tendrías que hacer es contratar hosting con otra empresa, una que tenga una buena reputación y que no deje tu web tirada dos días (tiempo más que suficiente para arreglar cualquier problema de hardware/software)l

Lamentamos tu mala experiencia del año 2010.
Actualmente DrHost cuenta con nuevos dueños y nuevos servidores, por lo que garantizamos que estas malas experiencias no volverán a suceder :)
