Pretty much stinks
The other reviews here are pretty much right on. Their support is pretty much nonexistent. I only contacted them when they were experiencing problems (which was often), and never got a response. I'm trying to cancel my account now but their site won't let me (there are several problems with their site) and they won't respond to any contact / emails. Now I have to wait for next credit card charge so that I can dispute that with bank. Absolutely terrible.

The control panel feature is nice and I have had very little down time over the years. Unforunately their customer support is very bad. Trouble tickets submitted via their control panel do not get responded to for weeks on end and emails do not get answered. Generally when they do finally resolve a problem they do not inform you, you have to stumble across it yourself.

Beware. While this company keeps its network up and running and servers are responsive, they will not deliver the promised services. They will not answer support tickets submitted through their system, and emails will go unanswered. When you cancel your account, they will remove your login, but continue to charge you.
