😠 Was with this company for 17 years. Paying every 5 years. I changed email address - forgot to let them know (My bad) and last year they closed my web site. After many emails got it sorted, or so I thought, and the web site ran again.
This year they once again closed my web site - this time my enquiries revealed they had now email address recorded with them, despite the myriad of emails sorting it out last year - bloody hopeless! Have created a new web site and going with a different provider!

😠 Domainz.net.nz fraudulent practice
Hi there, absolutely disgusted with this company. Hosting came up for renewal and I canceled but it would not confirm for me so sent them an email prior to renewal telling them I had cancelled and not to charge my credit card. They charged an expired credit card and have just sent me an email saying I have canceled more than 6 months early so they offering credit of $71.00 only. I am taking this to the commerce commission and anyone else who will listen. This company is fraudulent in their dealings and have pulled out of NZ and are desperate in the measures they are taking to screw people out of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND SPREAD THE WORD. I will be pursuing this for years if it takes me the rest of my life. So absolutely wrong.

😠 1.5 months for incomplete refund
Most disreputable domain registrar I have ever experienced. I tried to register 9 domains and got charged for 10. Only 2 registrations worked, but the other 7 turned out to be unregisterable.
As I got charged twice for one which failed to register, I was looking for 8 refunds. After 1 AND A HALF MONTHS and more emails than should possibly be necessary (and only after opening a dispute case with my bank) I got 7 PARTIAL refunds. As of this time, I am yet to be fully refunded for this pantomime.

😠 Domainz Service does not exist
We had a website and e-mail at Domainz and used a DIY builder which was quite expensive and not very good. After some years the first problems came up and the website didn't work. No comments, no replies on e-mails and no phone calls were made, have been without web access for weeks.
Then, when we found YOLA and the excellent Yola builder, we told Domainz to point our domain name to Yola and we paid for 3 years in advance for the domain name at Domainz. Also we told Domainz that we wanted to keep our e-mails at Domainz. So far no problem until we got notification that the DIY builder was up for renewal. We told Domainz that we did not want the builder as we told them many times before. On October 1st., we got a notification e-mail that our e-mail account was in a deletion queue and few minutes later a second mail that this was gone. As per phone conversation we were told that this was part of the DIY builder and as we have cancelled the builder they just deleted it, without any prior
