😠 SAV qui botte systématiquement en touche : "De notre côté tout fonctionne...". Oui, peut-être, mais ça ne tient que sur votre parole, et à quoi bon payer un "service" que l'on ne peut pas utiliser. Alors on demande le remboursement de ce "service" (Code de la consommation : articles L221-18 à L221-28), et là pas de réponse.
En résumé : hébergement plus cher qu'ailleurs, service moins efficace. Alors, malgré mes 20 ans de fidélité, je déménage...
