At first it was somewhat reliable. But over the years its reliability was questionable. Ticket response times are often long, and not immediate. The responder is very often the same person, which gives an impression that CyberUltra is an one-man company that has outsourced to an Indian team with a hosting server in the USA.
Recently, things turn out to be worse. Far worse! Slow accessibility, and frequent maintenance and updates without prior notifications. Too many excuses, and no permanent solution. Very irritating! Do stay far away from CyberUltra, period!

Very unreliable. A lot of downtime. Excuses, excuses, excuses from helpdesk.
They tried to make me move to a much more expensive plan - even though the plan I had was suited to my needs.
