Dedicated circuits can also be arranged through KT (kt.com) and other Korean telecommunications providers. Hybrid infrastructure can connect directly toward AWS and Microsoft Azure, allowing CloudV systems to form part of mixed public/private cloud architectures.

Traffic between CloudV services inside IDC SMILE is generally free, which is particularly useful for multi-server environments, private storage systems, backups, database clusters, and internal application traffic.

A second infrastructure location is IDC SMILE Bundang Center in Yatap-dong, Seongnam. It provides redundant power, cooling, network infrastructure, and 24/365 monitoring. The physically separate location also gives customers an option for disaster-recovery and backup architectures outside the Gasan facility.

Facility infrastructure is engineered around availability levels exceeding 99.99%, while the contractual CloudV service-level agreement provides a 99.9% monthly uptime guarantee. Compensation can apply when company-caused service availability falls below the contractual threshold. Planned maintenance, customer-caused failures, and external events outside the provider's control are excluded from normal SLA calculations.

CloudV also operates its own autonomous network under AS38700 SMILESERV. This gives the company direct control over its IP network and routing rather than making it solely dependent on another hosting provider's address space.

Colocation is available in Quarter Rack, Half Rack, and Full Rack configurations. Connectivity options range from smaller committed bandwidth allocations to 10 Gbps, while larger customized deployments can reach 100 Gbps. Technical incidents and infrastructure-related work can receive 24×365 support. Customers can submit online technical work requests for server configuration, maintenance, and incident handling. Colocation customers also have access to continuous on-site infrastructure assistance and Remote Hands services.

VPS customers can reinstall supported operating systems themselves, while remote console access, monitoring information, traffic statistics, and firewall-related tools are available depending on the service.

cPanel & WHM licenses are available as optional paid software for customers who want a traditional hosting control panel on their own server. Private Cloud customers use the Proxmox web interface together with CLI and API functionality for virtual machines, containers, clusters, storage, networking, and firewall administration.

CLOUDV is a technically mature South Korean infrastructure provider with a considerably broader portfolio than the typical VPS or dedicated-server company.
