😠 Very sad after all these years, forced to go to another host after 5 days of no service with over 200 of our gaming clients very unhappy the were burned for over $1000 in donations.

Won't answer phone, tickets, live chat dead and review page gone, website shut down..

Had a few issues in the past and wrote a bad review and he flips. We all know companies can put up fake reviews.. Those are the only good reviews here...

😁 Was looking to get a Valheim server set up right when the public test release came out. I was quickly in a discord call as the server was being set up. While we ran into some issues (as the test build had literally JUST released) support worked quickly and promptly to get everything set up for me and my friends to enjoy, even explaining to me what they were doing and why . Great service all around and clearly willing to go the extra mile to help out a confused customer.

😁 I have been operating game servers for many years with several different hosting providers. I must say that after my first encounter with the support staff here I will always use Clanwarz from now on.
I ordered a new game server and was having an issue connecting to the server. I contacted support and got a reply right away from Jay Vasallo. We spent the next 2 days and half the night trying to resolve this issue. Jay invited me to speak with him on discord and we went through step by step in an effort to resolve. He made several videos for me showing how to use the control panel and even how to set up a connection through steam. He upgraded my server to a higher RAM, at his own expense, to see if that might be the issue. Jay went way out of his way to help me and in the end he figured it out and the server connection was made.
Anyone using Clanwarz who submits a support ticket will be extremely lucky if Jay is the one they get a reply from. He never gives up and will go the extra [read more...]

😁 Fantastic customer support. They went out of their way to help me set up a server for a 23 year old game with little documentation. They even programmed a front and back end for installing plugins, helped troubleshoot with me in a call for two hours, and most importantly treated me well. I have never had such a positive experience with a server host, and I will be sticking with Clanwarz going forward.

😁 I have had a Clanwarz Teamspeak for about a year now and it is by far the best thing ever. I own a fiveM server and we don't home host ours so we rely on hosting services for our TeamSpeak and VPS. The Clanwarz TeamSpeak offers so many quick and easy ways to manage the Teamspeak. Not to mention the customer service is unlike I have ever seen. Our VPS hosting service doesn't give us nearly the same amount of support. If could recommend a hosting service to everyone I know Clanwarz would be the service I recommend to everyone.

😁 I've been using them to host a Minecraft server with about 15 players, and it's been an excellent experience. Getting the server started or re-installed with different mods is quick and easy. Customer support is fast, reliable, and friendly. They even extended some available server settings at one point to help me install a mod pack that wasn't available. Highly recommended!

😁 I don't like to use the term "perfect"...but ClanWarz is just that. You get such a bang for your buck. I have had them as my host for TeamSpeak a few years now, and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. I have only ever had my server go down ONCE. They are professional, they solve issues and questions quick. I have even had the pleasure of having Jay in my teamspeak to assist with a problem, and once finished he was able to stick around and chat for a bit. Overall, they are great to work with, and if you're not using ClanWarz...you're doing it wrong. I would recommend them to anyone looking for voice servers, web servers, game servers, etc.

Now its all fixed, Jay aka Superman, showed all my info and what was wrong and how he fixed it.

Jay was very good at explaining, and spoke a nice and calm, so i could clearly understand it all, even thou English is second language.

From my experience with Clanwarz they always respond to tickets and emails almost instantaneously, and they are not automated either. This proves to show the dedication behind customer satisfaction within this company which I greatly admire. Recently I would not be able to pay the necessary fees in time and as a response to that they actually paid it for me which I really needed at the time.
So to summarize, clanwarz do not only know how to properly run a company, they also do it damn good!

😠 I cancelled my account through their website about one week before auto billing, and they auto billed me again through PayPal. I contacted their support last Saturday and was told they opened a support ticket, and that I would hear back on Monday. It is Tuesday, and I have heard back nothing, and they have deleted my account—I cannot log in, and password retrieval says the account no longer exists. I contacted their support again, was told they’d send the info to the devs, and support immediately closed the chat window.

😠 HORRIBLE COMPANY! Very little support submit tickets they do not respond. Call customer service and owner calls you a liar and says we do, but clearly do not answer mine. They have a 15 day money back guarantee which they try not to honor trying to use the old paypal service line but when they never get server set up sale an item is is covered under the fraud protection. This is a very small mom and pa operation who pretends to be larger then what they are and do not care about customer service. I would recommend game servers or frag net they are good company's that follow threw. AVOID THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS!

She IP banned the ex-member, restored the teamspeak after he wiped it clean, and restored permissions, icons, etc. I could not recommend this company enough!!

I have been using Clanwarz for a while. I was a loyal customer with a Teamspeak server, web host and domain and I had no complaints. But recently it took a huge turn which has left me furious and frustrated.

Regarding the TeamSpeak server:
Jay (the owner) opened a support ticket where he said:
"You had a 15 man server for the past 9 months.
You only paid for 10 slots.
All the help I gave you for free, at least you could of told me, no?
Pay the bill and your service will go back online after you update this ticket."

I wrote back and explained that I didn't know this and that he should have let me know before just TAKING DOWN THE SERVER. I paid the bill, and another customer support person wrote back:

So I fount clanwarz on google and decided to try to write to them...

So I asked about their danish location of servers and how much DDoS protection they had - I have a lot of experience with game servers that are down all the time because of DDoS. First of all the support didn't answer any of the questions I asked and then he just said: Have a nice day - and closed the chat. I tried to open the chat again and he wrote the same to me within seconds I couldn't even respond - then he blocked me totally out and the chat said: You have been blocked from the chat.

So now I just have to say I haven't tried anything like this before - just blocked new customers... Don't EVER buy a server from here of you want great support - oh I forgot to mention that when I asked about their danish location he actually told me that it was in Sweden and not in Denmark - they just put in Denmark so that people from Denmark would buy from them.

😠 This company has the worst customer service ever. I think it's run by one single person. I ordered and couldn't figure it out. I tried to do an "Live Help" but that was for purchases only. I continued my research online and someone called me and asked me to put in a support ticket. So I did. Thought we got it all worked out and sorted even though I was extremely flustered. Next day I woke and I couldn't log in as anything but guest. When I messaged to ask if the server location change also changed my password they cancelled me without any conversation. So, I called the number on the cancellation receipt. It took 3 calls before I could even understand him, it was very fuzzy. Then when he finally got on the phone I inquired as to why I got an email stating I received a full refund. He said, "We felt a refund was in order because being an admin is too complicated for you." 😠 Clanwarz is the worse. Run away from them.
As they said "you got what you paid for", the worse customer service, they close your ticket almost automatic. Without any further notice they close the account (even when the payment is up today).

They refuse to help, answer any questions, the control panel is confuse.

After all i don't recommend, please run away from this company. Not worth save 10 dollars to stay with company that is not reliable.
