Merci à l'équipe support.
Après cinq hébergements chez Camoo j'ai enfin pu mettre leur service client à l'épreuve et je dois avouer que je ne donnais pas cher de leur peau!
Bien que la communication n'était pas fluide par e-mail, après avoir créé un ticket pour expliquer mon problème, j'ai été rappelé immédiatement, un dimanche. Un appel de 30 minutes pour m'assister pas à pas.
N'hésitez pas trop avant de souscrire à une de leur formule.
Seul bémol la rapidité du support. Je valide!

Pour le moment je suis un tout petit peu satisfait.
Mon serveur a connu trop de bogues et il fallait faire appel au support à tout moment.
Cependant le support est réactif.
Actuellement J'ai pris de nouveaux hébergements dans mon serveur Desseller mais je vois que la propagation est très lente.

Le service a ete parfait sur toute la ligne j'ai ete vraiment surpris de la gamme de produit disponible. Le support est vraiment rapide, et ils m'assiste meme quand je travaille avec d'autre hébergeurs (par rapport a d'autre services).
Leur panneau de control est tres fluide et ne montre que ce qui est utile, les informations ne sont pas difficile a retrouver.

Je recommande fortement.

Je suis content du service. En tant qu'utilisateur j'ai apprécié les mécanismes de sécurité mis en place et la qualité du service client.
Par contre ce que j'ai trouvé regrétable est la nécessité de payer pour protéger pas SSL chaque sous-domaines créés alors que nous avons la possibilité aujourd'hui d'avoir des certificats gratuitements.
