😁 Been with Bytesrack for 6 years now happy the whole time. I can't really explain all the benefits of being a BytesRack customer. It goes far beyond typical hosting companies. Admin Marx Ranaweerage installed wordpress for my server. Really quality service, easy to use interface, servers are easy to scale, easy to access support, very polite attendants, in short it serves me very well. Also the new server assembling speed is pretty good too. I believe we are to work together for the years to come.

I have been with BytesRack Hosting for several years. I have never had any issues. excellent service at affordable pricing. The customer support is fantastic. I hosted my websites which includes many of the popular content management systems and photo galleries. I have 07 websites hosted at BytesRack Hosting, their servers are very fast, they are also comfortable for me to store 500Gb on one account, I have saved 150Gb to 340Gb on 1 account. Their focus is on hosting, so it runs fast and professionally, my websites run very fast. I plan to buy two more of their hosting accounts to store more data for the site. I am satisfied with their BytesRack Hosting now to me they are the best company I have ever hosted.

Such a fast migration. Very helpful and gave much more information for me to understand the entire process and what to expect during each stage. A reliable server with very good technical support, I’m pleased to use it as I never was before with other companies. I am really happy that I have found such service for myself, this hosting is absolutely brilliant by many many params and I would be happy to install some websites of mine to them, mine on WordPress ones so hopefully it will work out lately. 😁 This is an excellent company with fantastic customer service at a very reasonable price. If I could give them 10 stars I would. By far the best service provider I have ever come across. I'm paying less than the cost of a pint, in some places less than the cost of half a pint, yet their customer services are better than most premium services. Now we are with BytesRack Hosting for around 4 Years as a dedicated server. We tried other ones, but nothing as BytesRack Hosting. Very professional support, friendly and fast. There equipment is up to date, no outages, love it. We just bought a E5 series server as we needed a server in Singapore, same thing, fast and professional, no issues. Cost a little bit more than others, but well worth it!

😠 Bytesrack.com is really a fraud business. They will give you very low prices asking for payments in advance like they offered us very low domain registration prices and requested us to fund the reseller account with $400 so we did it but they never let us use that amount and keep saying that there is a technical problem and they will refund our $400 as soon as possible but they never returned the amount. Now they don't answer our emails or calls.
STAY AWAY FROM BYTESRACK.COM for your own sake. They are nothing but scam, fraud and cheaters.
I wish I can give them -100 for their ill doings.

😠 STAY AWAY, it has been a nightmare experience.
We purchased the hardware (about 5-6 servers) from them and placed them in colocation in their own racks. We have been waiting for various months for the servers delivery, they always tried to find excuses, delayed the delivery but finally they have NEVER been delivered.
After all of this they promised a refund, few other months passed away and even now, after 10 MONTHS, they continue to say that they are going to refund the total amount which is more than $2000.
They are clearly scammers, I highly suggest you to stay away.
We have plenty of proofs about it and willing to release them if needed.

Price was great for the amount of HDD space and Bandwidth i got for my VPS, i bought cPanel and a VPS off them.
Whenever I had problems over christmas they didnt respond and said they were having a local networking problem, obviously i cant check this but i had a lot of annoyed clients shouting at me.
Don't choose bytesrack unless you want to get annoyed every time you speak to them!!!
