😠 Avoid better deals to be had
Avoid. Server is always down and dishonest communication. Not to be trusted. Server was never consistent the few months we trialed this company. Not recommended.

😠 In short, they happily took credit card details while ordering, then I heard nothing for a day.

After I raised a support ticket, I finally got told (yes, I actually had to ask why the order is not fulfilled!), that Australia is a country that is on their black list and I need to submit personal details like my drivers license, a credit card scan and more!!

And that's not even the best part, but this one: original quote: "These measures have been put in place for our customers' protection." - seriously? Say what?

Honestly, I have never been treated like this by a hosting company before, Australia is not Nigeria for heavens sake - who knows what Blacknight staff is doing with confidential details like personal document scans..

No way anybody should trust them if you ask me (and also if you don't, this is not the way you treat customers)

I hope this helps others avoid the bad experience and acts as a warning.

😠 My server with blacknight.com is hacked. And they even do not care to inform customer, what to do. They dont reply to users and site is down for more than 8 days now. Finally got reply after 8 days and look what they tell. Scam artist? Yes. Do not use blacknight.com This is total ripoff company. Their service is sucks.

They do not provide refund.
They do not provide data.
Their servers always down.

Check the ticket image. Scam company. No#1 scammers of hosting industry.

😠 Blacknight Scam Artist and Fraud Company And simply avoid blacknight.com at all cost

Do not use Blacknight at all - The number one fraud and scam provider on the earth. They suspend my total account with 96 domains with only single domain abuse report. Even I don't use this hosting service. if any domain comply with abuse the hosting provider will get the complain and get the service suspended. Even as soon they informed me for abuse details, I informed them to suspend the abusive domains. But they suspend all 96 domains together as well. Where as 96 domains are for my 96 individual customers. This is one of the scam provider on the earth. You never seen any company like this scammer anywhere else.

Also check other reviews, every people are telling their server get hacked, down and they dont listen to the users. DO NOT PURCHASE from BlackNight scammer. Rather put your money to find some good provider. Blacknight will make business down to hell and at the end you will end with [read more...]
