Advanced server management services (fully managed) - ongoing maintenance and repair of operating system malfunctions (Windows, Linux, UNIX), as well as other server components, including e-mail accounts, databases, Internet applications, and more.
Installation of a dedicated line for the server - enabling remote access to the server for management, maintenance, and file update purposes.
Dedicated servers - Bezeq International provides dedicated servers based on customer technical requirements, along with operating systems and various software applications. They offer a variety of servers, including HP, IBM, Dell, and more. In this category, Bezeq International provides hardware warranty services, including repair services.
Shared storage service - data storage services that allow customers to store files and NFS or CIFS based databases on an Appliance Networks shared data storage alignment. The service enables on-demand storage, backup, snapshot recovery, and more.
Dedicated storage - Bezeq International takes pride in being the only ISP in Israel with a standing collaboration agreement with EMC2. Therefore, Bezeq International is able to provide support services by EMC2 engineers and certified technicians for configuration specifications, installation, and implementation of storage solutions. Additionally, they offer data management and backup services throughout the data lifecycle (ILM).
Managed load balanced - designed to efficiently balance loads between servers, ensuring high availability and suitability.
