They are only good when you're a new customer. Now they get my account suspended without notice and reason. I open many tickets regarding this matter but they only seen it and got no reply. Also their provided number are unattended and their customer support sucks!

😁 Excellent service and costumer support, i had to speak to the support staff in order to get port 25 unblocked, but couldn't open a support ticket.
I sent an email to the address they have on their site and someone replied within less than an hour, by the end of the day I had the port unblocked.
Also, the price is great if you choose the 3 year plan.

😞 2 years of no problems - now constant issues.
I have been with ALC for many years and how no issues. However, over the past month I have experienced massive amounts of site downtime. This is not the result of the changes I have made. No one at ALC can seem to tell me why my site is down all of the time.
I'm givign them another month, then I'm moving hosts. Their support is usulaly good and generally always avialable. This seems to be a backend issue?

😁 I found ALCHosting after searching for a more affordable alternative to Liquid Web for a client. I also wanted to be able to have the VPS located closer to my client who is in the UK (I'm in the United States). I decided to evaluate ALCHosting and am so glad I did. The virtual machine I created was easy to configure and very granular, which was not possible with Liquid Web. I could choose the number of CPUs, RAM, disk space, etc.

Not only that, the server performed very fast. My client was very happy with that. I had one minor issue (Windows wouldn't activate) when I first created the server and contacted tech support. They fixed the issue very quickly. I have had no performance or reliability issues since signing up.
The server statistics are also very good and more than what I was getting with Liquid Web. The ALCHosting interface is easy to use and has everything I need to manage my server.

The price is right too! My client is saving $100 per month by using ALCHosting instead

This is the worst host I have ever had in over 20 years online. Their server is ridiculously slow and the customer service is truly awful. Don't waste your money here. Absolutely dreadful service. In fact it's not a service. In 3 months I spent over 20 hours online to their 'customer service' for stupid server-side faults that a professional class organisation would never have allowed. Bunch of amateurs. Avoid.

😁 So I was with Hostgator when Oxley founded it back in 2003 or 4 I think....they were great until they sold to Endurance International (EIG)...(Bluehost, and a half dozen others)...anyways, things went straight into the toilet...so
I looked for a host that wasn't owned by that behemoth...and found ALC....have now been with them for more than 1 year...load speed absolutely ROCKS!...support has been great, uptime has been great, they answer their phones....and their tickets.... I actually upgraded to a VPS with them...about a year ago.....please with that too!

I signed up with them at the end of May and just after a few days, they went down (and by that I mean being unable to access their Client Area). I sent support tickets via e-mail but none of them got a single reply (screenshots 01, 02, and 03). They should've at least posted something about the downtime on their homepage but there was none. I reached out to them on Facebook and all my messages were simply seen (screenshot 04). Very good job there.

😁 I canceled a service but was never issued a refund automatically. Their policy states you must request a refund. You also must request a refund within 30 days of canceling the service. No one should have to request a refund. It ca
n also take 5-7 business days before a refund will show up in your bank account which takes up already 7 days of your time. By the time you figure out that you have to request a refund, your 30 days are finished and they can keep your refund.

😞 I've already initiated the domain transfer to them after paying for their Silverium package but I noticed too late that their nameservers seem to be nonexistent. Three support tickets have already been filed and until now I seem to be waiting for nothingness. In the last few days I could no longer access my cPanel and just today I could no longer access www.alchosting.ltd itself. Maybe the positive reviews around are indeed just fakes. Also, they close support tickets even if they didn't even provide any reply to it. So twisted.

After paying them $765 for a promised server nothing was delivered, and upon complaining my account with them was suspended.

First, I SWEAR epic fast cPanel setup, before I went to log in to my Gmail, The login details of cPanel already reached my mailbox. Epic fast!

Other companies I have tried, NameCheap or HostGator. Are very slow, Gator is okay. They set up fast... But NameCheap takes 2 hours to set up the cPanel. ALCHosting speeds are super fast, their server is epic fast. Like real SSD's, I really like it. I MEAN pay 1.99$ and use it for the first month. ONLY 1.99$ from PayPal
