😠 We had hosted SharePoint with them. It's true, they are cheap and their service was up most of the time, but it was SO SLOW. It was painful. They make canceling their service difficult. We canceled and 6 months later they came back to us and said that we owed them $59. After telling them that we canceled and hadn't even logged into their service in 6 months, they argued and said they were sending us to collections. Smart business move...for $59. There are lots of very good hosting companies with great customer service like bluehost or hostway. Save yourself the pain and go with one of those.

Each month we assemble a report of all activities undertaken on behalf of our clients. It is a collaborative document we used to manually assemble from each individual's report. That report was then "bicycled" around for final approval - - a lengthy and needlessly complex procedure. SharePoint has greatly simplified the process. The report is now posted on line and each affiliate can add to it as the month progresses. No need to wait for someone to finish their work before the next person can begin. The check-in and check-out functionality helps us avoid version conflicts; and the SharePoint version control functionality assures us everyone is looking at the same information.
We are continually finding more way to take advantage of all the features of SharePoint. For example, we started creating workspaces for events and special projects we create for our clients.

😞 Switched from Hostway.com hosted exchange service to 123together.com as we were having problems Hostway.com and needed mission critical email. Sad to say 123together.com has not lived up to their claim of "Mission Critical" as we have had numerous outages on the order of once every two weeks. Think twice before switching over to 123together.com.

😃 I also experienced some issues with 123Together in the past week; however I have been with them for a little over a year and overall the service has been great. I agree that the status page was not informative. I have submitted my concerns to them. I'm currently up and working properly. Coming from a previous exchange hosting provider the support and services I get from 123Together are unmatchable; I'm saving a lot of money from having to host my own in-house server solution.

😉 I have the same issue as the previous reviewer. 123together.com's status page says "Experiencing intermittent issues" but in reality I haven't been able to access my e-mail since 1.3.2009. This is day 4 of an outage and when I contacted support I was told "Our techs are aware of this issue"
Their techs may be aware but they certainly don't know how to fix it. I choose 123together.com because they were awarded Microsoft's 2008 infostructure partner of the but apparently that doesn't mean a thing.

😠 I needed "Mission Critical" email, something very reliable, so I signed up with 123together on Jan4. Everything looked good, so I initiated several domain transfers, new hosting, reissue SSL cert, etc. From Jan5 to Jan7 they claimed to have "intermittant" connection problems. In reality, everything was down for two days, stretching a simple 3 hour job into a 3 day job. Tech support gave false deadlines, manager did too. Customer service gave me the runaround. No one sounded like they cared. Not even billing this morning when I called to cancel. Sherweb got my business, and their support and service has been the opposite of 123together - that is, excellent.

😞 Using shared Exchange server. Logged over 10 down incidents (some 30-40 minutes) in the last 6 months. The longest being an outage during two business days where we were unable to send, receive, or use OWA. Problems noted on their Server Status page typically indicated "intermittent" outages but our experiences aren't intermittent during these episodes.

😞 Very poor uptime experienced since joining 123together.com. Email is down for days at a time. The uptime guarantee only applies if you carefully log and prove downtime to their satisfaction. The service is unreliable at best.
