Been with this company for just under a year, when I first joined July 2006 I could get thro on the telephone and the staff were helpfull in answering queries and problem solving, however yesterday the 6th of June at 9.0am I was foolish enough to purchase another instantsite builder and another domain name, cost £32, built the site in 1 hour and published it as I believed to the internet, 28 hours later and 4 unanswered phone calls (your told "There is a waiting time of over 25 minutes", which turns out to be over 1 Hour before you are cut off) when I try to see my uploaded website all I get is the 123-reg holding page, when I tried to obtain an online form from the support page I was told that my email address was not valid as someone else was using it, I've had the same email address for over 7 years, I understand that this company has been took over by Pipex Comms which explains why the service is so bad, this companies shares have plumeted on the AIM stock market over the last few years and if 123-reg is anything to go by I can understand why, my advice to anyone consemplating joining this rubbish company is don't bother, all you will get is totall frustration and high blood pressure. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
