I have been using 123-reg for about 5 years. Until recently i have had no problems at all.
They now have a fancy new website and a new support system and all of a sudden things have gone wrong.
I registered a domain with them that they havent actually registered, i paid to transfer in a .com which is no longer appearing in my pending list or in the list of my domains and now they have just changed their policy on IPS tags - i am trying to add a domain to my CP but only to be told i must use the 123-reg tag. Fair enough but i have ALWAYS used HOSTEUROPE tag. My domain is now lost somewhere in the ether!
Getting a response out of their support is impossible.
I have been waiting for a response to my support requests for about 3 weeks and nothing. Its simply pathetic.
I have around 200 domains with them and i am now looking for a new provider to look after them for me. I have simply had enough.
Unless they turn their support around and fix the problems within the CP, i would avoid this company at all costs.
