😠 MAJOR RIP OFF! They will NOT STOP CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT! I canceled 1 week after signing up and the server disappeared from my dashboard. I was billed every month since then. I signed up in Aug of 2019 and canceled immediately. I asked them for a refund via tech ticket and they refused so I cancelled. The server disappeared from the dash board! The account has been CANCELLED.
They billed me every single month through today. I caught this in April of 2020 and they claimed they cannot go back to September, October, November, and December to refund me but they gave me a refund for January, February, March, and April. Now I find out they billed me in MAY, JUNE, JULY of 2020! ALMOST ! FULL YEAR OF BILLING FOR NOTHING!
I don't know how to get them to stop! I have to call my bank and change credit card number!

🗨 I have reviewed the emails and I can confirm the information you have provided is not correct.
When you signed up you created a PayPal subscription. When you create this it authorises PayPal to automatically send the funds over to us, at no point do we charge cards or PayPal accounts, our payment gateways do not support this.

When you signed up you also entered into a 30 day contract, and also agreed to the TOS. After using the service you had decided you no longer wanted the server and was your right of course to cancel, this does not automatically mean you will be refunded, I can confirm from the tickets you had been using the server therefore we had no reason to offer a refund. When you cancel you are given the option to cancel immediately or end othe end of the billing period, as you chose immediately the system thefore terminated the service, this is completely automated.
At the same time you were instructed to cancel your PayPal subscription if you had one. 6 months later you decided to contact us stating we had been charging you, Im totally at a loss why it took you 6 months to report this when the chrages would of appeared on bank statements and PayPal receipts sent to your email? After our staff had spent further time investigating this you had not done as instructed, it also appears you mentioned you werent using PayPal. You were indeed using PayPal and again we instructed you to cancel the PayPal subscription.
Recently you contacted us again stating we had been charging you, again after spending more time investigating this it was clear you had again ignored our instructions of canceling the subscription. The amounts have already been refunded and as per our TOS we are fully within our right to charge admin fees for time spent investigating issues caused due to our instructions not been followed on numerous occasions.

You were also refunded for the recent transactions and we have managed to locate the subsciption on your behalf with PayPal and has been cancelled, the subsciption email you used didnt collate to your account with us so we have spent siginificat time dealing with this issue. This information is also missing from your review.
I can also confirm there are no hidden stipulations in our service and we have many happy customers who have been using our services for years.
