😠 I never had a service from them since I transfer my domain name and sign up for web hosting service. days downtime on my website. Now I transfer back my domain with other company and cancelled service. They are not refunding my domain transfer charges. Very dangerous and scammers.

Domain name transfer and website hosting are 2 different services. It appears that you never hosted your website with us as your domain name never used our Nameserveres, neither before, nor after your domain transfer. Also, you never migrated your website files to our server.
For information on why your website was down, we recommend contacting a hosting company where you was hosting your website during the domain name transfers.

🗨 It appears that you moved away from us and asked for refund just because you hate a place of birth and mother tongue of our employees, and immigrants from certain countries. It was clearly stated in one of your support tickets.
