😠 I have never, ever had such horrible customer service from any company of any kind. I am fairly new at the whole "having my own website" thing. They sent me information about activating my site that I didn't understand. When I emailed questions, they refused to answer them and then just referred me to the previous email. When I got upset, they started insulting me.
Here is an example of just one of their emails:
> I want you to know that I cancelled my service bc I could not get
> answers from you all
Everything here is done within 24 hours.
The inquiry sent submitted was answered within 24 hours.
> Yesterday, I
> emailed about getting FTP information.
Read the attached.
Contact your ISP on why you are not getting all of your e-mails.
> I did not hear back from you
> until today

> nor load my site,
All you needed to do is use the information listed in the activation notice sent to you on ***. If you did not get the activation notice sent to you on ***, you need to contact *** on why you are not getting all of your e-mails.
> I would like a refund.
"All payments are final and nonrefundable!"
