I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Provider.lk, and I must say that it was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service provided by this company was utterly useless and left me feeling frustrated and unheard.
To begin with, there were several hidden clauses buried deep within the agreement that I only discovered after signing up. It's evident that Provider.lk intentionally hides these details to trap unsuspecting customers. This lack of transparency is extremely disappointing and makes me question their integrity as a hosting provider.
Moreover, when I tried reaching out to their customer support for clarification and assistance, I was met with an appalling level of incompetence. The representatives seemed clueless and provided generic responses that did not address my concerns adequately. It was evident that they were either poorly trained or simply didn't care about resolving customer issues.
What's worse is that Provider.lk has no regard for their customers' time and money. The services they provide are subpar, and the performance of their servers is far from satisfactory. It's evident that they prioritize profit over providing a reliable hosting environment for their customers.
Based on my terrible experience with Provider.lk, I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. Do not make the mistake of blindly ticking the agreement without scrutinizing every word. Otherwise, you'll find yourself regretting your decision just like I did.

Very poor service. Focusing only money, making issue and requested money to resolve. Don't ever trust this people. Earlier this people came with lankawebhosting or some thing. Now they changed their name after received lot of negative comments. I hate this
