😃 I am using their services but not satisfied with the support team. For my recommendations you have to use arzhost.com they are very responsive and reply on live chat within minutes.

😠 Be afraid, be very afraid of OVH
After four weeks of my VPS being stuck in a reinstall OVH has (a.) been unable to resolve the issue (b.) unable to offer me any sort of timeline for resolution (c.) offer to start another VPS instance and move my IPs and yet they continue to bill me for services not provided. Be afraid, be very afraid of OVH and avoid them at any cost. What is going to happen next is that I have halted my paypal authorization to prevent being billed for another month of no service, service will be halted by OVH and the problem will magically be resolved. The level of incompetency demonstrated by OVH is hard to achieve without some sort of special training.
