😞 I had been with them for years. Everything worked fine, but the latest price hike from $9 to $14.95 is very sneaky. The stupid thing is that people with more than a few domains are going to be the ones that leave first. Way to drive your customers away! I've left for namecheap.com.

😠 Been loyal to Namesecure for about 10 years. They used to be cheap, somewhat reliable (uptime not the greatest) until I started using email & hosting for business purposes. But I stuck with them.

Namesecure recently did a major upgrade to their backend, adding tons of new control & functionality.

The result, my Wordpress sites slowed to a crawl & Greymatter sites crashed.

The final insult came when they raised their prices from $8.95 to $14.95 for yearly domain renewals.

I am in the process of transferring ALL DOMAINS & HOSTING to Godaddy.com

😠 Avoid namesecure like the plague. Zero customer support and even when you go eventually get hold of someone they don't do what they say they will. If you want the most annoying business relationship that you will ever have then please sign up with namesecure, you won't be disappointed. They're not satisfied until you're not satisfied.
