Founded in 1998, MyDomain is an eco-friendly web hosting company that offers a selection of options for domain and hosting services, as well as web solutions like web design, ecommerce websites and SSL certificates. When they started, MyDomain was only a domain registrar but over the years, they managed to extend their horizons. They own a multi-homed Tier-1 network and try to assure their customers reliability, speed, redundancy and proactive monitoring. They value the security of the website, as they offer backup power supplies and data backups.

MyDomain comes with SimpleScript Apps and WordPress Blog option. They offer their customers a selection of hosting solution from which to choose:

• Domain Registration;
• Windows Shared Hosting;
• Linux Shared Hosting;
• cPanel VPS;
• Site building;
• Email hosting;

Their domains include a number of free features: free DNS management, free URL, free Email forwarding. Linux Shared Hosting solutions have included FTP Logins, MySQL Databases, free applications (WordPress, Joomla, etc.), eco-friendly features, DNS Management, Standard Forwarding, and Perl/Python. Windows Shared Hosting services come with similar features, including MSSQL Databases, PHP5 and ActivePerl.
