😁 What's to complain about?
I just wanted to snag some web space to put up stuff relating to my sweetie's art card business and to share stuff with friends.
For my ten bucks a month, there's space enough for five websites. I'm only using one of those.
I've never exceeded any bandwidth. Never thought I would.
Every time they did something with their servers, they notified me in time for me to do something about it (change the domain server pointers...no freakin' biggie).
All in all, I feel kinda like a shmutz for not using all the spaces for five different websites. But I never really needed to. Just wanted to put up a small site for her card thing, and have some place to post simple web pages with text and pictures to share stuff with friends.
Hummingbird's done right by me.

😠 Steer clear!
My first year with Hummingbird Hosting was good. It then started going downhill fast. They had some real problems with their servers (partially due to a fire) and my website went down numerous times (along with my e-mail addresses) Even when they got everything up and running again, I was having problems so they told me they would move me to a newer server. This caused even bigger issues and my site was down more than it was up. During all of this I was trying to communicate with them, and I have to say their customer service skills are terrible. They would often ignore my support tickets, and were rude when I told them I expected better service. I finally decided I had had enough and canceled my membership. When I first joined Hummingbird and was happy with them, I had recommended them to a colleague who signed up with them too. Once I left, all I can think is they blacklisted me for not staying with them! My friend could not send me e-mails any more. Every other email address he had worked fine but mine! Coincidence? I don't think so! Not the most professional way to run a company. The long and the short of it is my friend finally left them (due to many of the same issues I had) and with his new provider can now send me e-mails again! If I were you I would steer well clear of this company.
