😠 Got a server with this company. Crazy as it is I began being spammed by another client on the same Hostkey network. Hostkey REFUSES to do anything about a rampant 50+ email a day spammer running a massive phising operation across three of their servers. I cannot send mail anywhere because most of their subnets have clearly been blocked for this rampant abuse. Their support and abuse departments are non existent.

😞 As a hosting customer, I'm pleased with what I've seen thus far. The speed is really fast, and there has never been a loss of connection in the last three months of operation. But if that happens, I can always contact support, who will respond swiftly and efficiently (I contacted for other questions, not because of disconnects). Support through instant messengers (WhatsApp, Facebook, and Telegram) is quite handy. In terms of pricing, it is not the lowest option available on the market, but it is enough.

This approach is not everywhere. I have sites on other hosting. I hope the high level of service will not be crushed by general bottization (replacing live people with bots).
