Hostforlife's support services rise above any other I have ever worked with. I'm not a developer, but I know enough to manage our Asp.net site. Steve and Tom were phenomenal. They not only solve the issue for which I contacted them, they even solved an ancillary problem that wasn't even in their primary field of expertise. They went above and beyond.
Since migrating to Hostforlife few years ago, I have had nothing but pleasant and encouraging learning experiences. They appreciate that I am an intelligent person - I just don't understand what they do. They communicate respectfully and freely share their comprehensive knowledge with me in a way I can understand.

I really like their services. The configuration are easy and intuitive. Their control panel is so powerful, so anytime you always reach the limit, there will be notification to your email. Everything can be done via their control panel. So, only in urgent situation, I will contact their support. They have solid support, they always respond me within few minutes. The other advantage using their service is they support Let's Encrypt, so you can integrate it with your website directly.

Every web hosting company that I've worked with over the years has their own way of operating, which makes it critical for them to have good tech support, good documentation of their server functions, and be responsive to inquiries. So far, Hostforlife has been one of the best in each of those areas. I am likely to move other sites that I manage to their company.
