😠 pésimo servicio, luego de muchos años de cliente en esta empresa siempre obtuve una excelente atención, prestaciones, y disponibilidad. desde hace aproximadamente unos 3 meses estoy con problemas todos los días, ya he perdido un cliente importante hosteado en ese servidor, y no me brindan una solución de fondo, se niegan además a admitir que hay un problema serio en el servidor web donde funciona mi plan

frustrated with hostdime (proptraders@y...)

😠 I have 2 dedicated servers with Hostdime.. I pay 150 for one of the servers and 390 for my other server.. I have been hosting with them for almost 3 years.. My 150 a month server is currently down since last night (13 hours), was down last weekend for over 12 hours and goes down regularly several times a month.. Their customer service is polite and well trained, but the issues dont stop.. The biggest issue is that the company (not the nice people who answer the phone and try to deal with your problems) dont care.. They do nothing about making it right, they dont contact you to discuss the issue or rectify the situation.. You are just an account number, and god forbid your credit card expires on a friday...LOL.. or if they have any billing issues with your account... THEY SHUT YOU DOWN, then ask questions... Even if you have been a customer for years and have other business accounts with them.... Dont be misled by their affordable pricing, in the end you will lose more money..

For services like cloud hosting, dedicated servers, VPS or colocation, customers have the possibility to choose the location of the server they purchase.

Cloud hosting includes SSD drives and cutting-edge hardware for high quality servers. These are scalable cloud servers and customers can scale CPU, RAM or disk space. At the same time, they have the possibility to either choose from recommended plans or customize their own cloud plan. More than that, customers can choose whatever operating system fits their needs best, the type of control panel that they find more user-friendly (cPanel; Plesk; InterWorx or no control panel at all), and the kind of management they want; they have the following options for their servers: self-managed; fully managed; fully managed enterprise; managed.

Dedicated servers are divided into bare-metal servers and global bare-metal servers. Bare-metal servers can be self-managed or managed services. Managed dedicated servers work on Linux and they are equipped with server monitoring, DDoS protection, additional software tools, hot-swappable drive chassis with control panel included. 😞 When I first went wtih Hstdme they were pretty good but ver the last year the quality of tech support has gone way down while the prices have gone up. The uptime is ok but don't ever try to claim onthier uptime guarantee, they will1001 excuses why they will not pay.
