😠 Don't be crazy!
I paid for a base VPS server plan with Estnoc to trial their servers.After waiting 3 days waiting for a response to two support tickets I sent within a couple of hours of signing up to the service, request for information on how to upgrade my package (and 3 days later, not having an answer to such a simple question), the icing on the cake was this disgusting reply from the customer support staff, word for word, unaltered, unedited:"Please don't be cocky. you signed up for service 18.feb and today is 20feb. today I didn't answer this ticket earlier on purpose. if you scroll this ticket down. you see my answers in a few hours after you wrote something. but yet you come here and start playingkeyboard cowboy and demand some rights. sorry, won't happen. first of all, you talk nonsense about free cpanels and what so ever garbage. now, this. I already explained to you earlier in this ticket, that the most suitable package is XL for these vps. Yet you start mumbling something likethis "Are you going to tell me how to upgrade to the next most suitable package or do you not want my business?". wasn't it obviousthat I already told you that we have XL package specially built for webhosters. only thing you had to do, is to confirm, whether youwant to upgrade or not. so, hows it going to be? you want to order the upgrade from me to XL package and you install cpanel all by yourself and use your ownlicense?"Full screenshots of our exchange are available should anyone need clarification.Suffice to say, I canceled my service after 3 days of waiting. Use these mongrels at your own peril.
