😠 I have been a customer of this company before, but no longer needed the service and cancelled it. Yesterday 10th March 2021 I tried to order but found my account had been closed automatically for inactivity. I contacted them and received an email to advise the account was now active again and I can proceed to place an order. I tried to place the order and could not and found another email from them had been sent very soon after the one confirming the account was active again that they had closed my account because I was a risk. I contacted them again to find out what is the issue is, they will not advise but simply feel they can accuse people of being "risky" without providing any evidence of this
