😠 Company is not reachable per telephone. They do not answer e-mail. They are incapable of confirming a cancellation. They show old pictures of big offices on their website, while is just a one man company working from home.

😠 I have had a terrible experience. They treat their customers very rudely. I phoned them to make a complaint about a very rude email I received from their support team and the guy I got on the phone would not let me speak (said I was interrupting him) and then hung up on me. I paid over 2 EUROS to be treated like crap.
Here is the email that was sent to me that I wished to complain over.

Graag vernemen wij de reden waarom u de factuur maandenlang heeft laten liggen.
Het is uiterst onaangenaam dat u pas reageert na suspension - en dan ook nog eens op hoge toon. Zeer ongepast, zeker gezien het feit dat er nog steeds een factuur open staat, sinds 20 februari! Werkelijk ongehoord.
Graag vernemen wij de reden dat u nog steeds niet heeft betaald, zodat wij dat kunnen noteren in onze administratie.
Teneinde hoge incassokosten te voorkomen (en wederom suspension) verzoeken wij u zeer dringend het openstaande bedrag nu eindelijk eens te voldoen:

😠 This is probably the worst hoster I have ever seen. I wanted to move my domainname to my own server. I have started working on it about half a year ago. I kept sending emails and I tried to contact them by phone. After about 1.5 month I got a response that they didn't understand what my wish was so again I email them and phoned them I didn't get another answer for a month when suddenly I received an email that my subscription had been canceled and that I should move my domainname within 5 months. I had not idea how to do this so I tried to contact them again. Well now 3.5 months later and after a load of email from my side i STILL DON'T HAVE A RESPONSE.
Worst hoster ever. Reason: Unable to contact what-so-ever.
