I was late in payments for 5-6 days. Every other provider in many cases will lock your server BUT YOUR ACCOUNT WILL STAY ACCESSIBLE UNTIL PAYMENTS HAS BEEN MADE.

Hetzner GMBH DID DISABLE MY ACCOUNT making it unacceptable, asking me to pay for WIRE/BANK/SWIFT TRANSFER instead of PayPal of usual credit card payments.I've already paid by PayPal 20 euro and they're known of that.I wanted to pay with my credit card as usual BUT THEY'VE ASKED ME TO SEND a photocopy of my passport and my national ID. I do refuse it COZ THEY HAVE NOT RIGHT UNDER EU CONSUMER ACT TO ASK FOR ANY CLIENT's personal documents. I've been told then to pay through PayPal if I am not GOING TO SEND THEM PHOTOCOPY of MY PASSPORT AND NATIONAL ID CARD.

When I told to their technical support I was late in payments due to family and health relating problems that made my credit card and PayPal unavailable for a couple of days, HETZNER SUPPORT answered me "The only way to pay for the bill is wire/bank transfer".

I DO NOT WANT TO PAY WITH wire/bank transfer EVER. Because I am not :

-A scammer, I am IT professional for over 2 decades,I did not take hetzner hosting for scamming,it was just a LATE of 5-6 days after invoicing me and THEY INVOICING ME after 13 days, not for 30 days the invoice was genereted as I've been using their service for 30 days,although it was just 23 days.

I've set up my account with them on 02nd of December 2019

When I try to login to my account is says"Account is disabled".

I've explained to their tech support that is against the German and EU law TO BAN SOMEONE's account due to late payments.Somebody might be in healthy problems,somebody might be in legal problems,somebody might be absent not for personal quilty. Hetzner treats each client as a criminal.

I did even not done anything to servers.

They've just disabled my account ASKING ME TO PAY from local bank via wire/swift transfer.

I WILL NEVER EVER PAY WITH WIRE/SWIFT transfer.

I am a regular citizen that lives and resides in Europe, not in Africa,I am not a criminal and I've asked to give me access for my account they DO NOT REPLY AT ALL.

I will expose my experience with them until THEY UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT.

I will start my own website exposing my case TILL THEY UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT AND ALLOW ME TO PAY as any other web hosting EU and worldwide provider do.

This is not about their quality of their service. This issue is about breaking EU law regarding client's and customer RIGHT TO BE A CLIENT.

The worst company in Europe for dealing with people regarding their client's rights.
Servers are ok but the people working THERE ARE NOT OK.
