📅 January 5, 2004 - San Diego-based ISP Zanadoo (zanadoo.com ) announced on Monday that it is now offering reseller accounts and virtual dedicated servers designed to allow customers to enter the Web hosting business at a remarkably low overhead.

Zanadoo says its reseller accounts could allow a customer with no previous Web hosting experience to open their own hosting company for as little as $19 per month.
The offering allows a Zanadoo customer to sell hosting under its own brand, using Zanadoo's software and servers. The company says the solution is perfect for webmasters who want to start selling hosting to their customers, or for people who want to start selling Web hosting on its own.
In addition to the reseller accounts, Zanadoo offers virtual dedicated servers, providing customers with full root access to a dedicated-like hosting environment at a substantially lower cost. Zanadoo says its virtual dedicated server hosting accounts come fully loaded with hosting software.
