Vantage Data Centers Raises Additional $675M in Debt and Equity Financing


📅 - North American wholesale data center provider Vantage Data Centers (http://www.vantagedatacenters.com), a company with presence in six strategic markets including Silicon Valley, Northern Virginia, Phoenix, Quincy – Washington, as well as Montreal and Quebec City, Canada, has raised more than $180 million in equity capital from existing investors and approximately $495 million in debt financing.

Both funding sources would help finance various growth initiatives, including the 4Degrees Colocation acquisition that closed in January 2019 and the build-out of the first facility on Vantage Data Centers' second data center campus in Santa Clara.
