📅 - Listed company Rapid7 (NASDAQ: RPD), a company powering the practice of SecOps by delivering shared visibility, analytics, and automation for Security, IT, and DevOps teams, has acquired tCell.io – a provider of web application threat defense and monitoring.

tCell is a "next-gen" cloud WAF enabling web applications, APIs and microservices to defend themselves against attacks. With visibility into application behavior, tCell's technology would reduce false positives, protect applications from attacks, and deliver actionable data to prevent future application-based attacks. tCell's customers include companies like Veeva Systems, Zenefits, and John Muir Health.
