May 22, 2007 : IndiaLinks Offers DNSLookup Tool

📅 May 22, 2007 - Web hosting provider IndiaLinks (indialinks.com) announced on Tuesday that it has launched a DNSLookup tool as part of its Web hosting automation solution, ControlDesk.

With the DNSLookup tool, resellers and hosting providers can easily keep watch on their customers' movement, monitor performance and uptime of DNS servers as well as help customers avoid downtime due to non-renewal or expiration of their domain names, says the company.

IndiaLinks also says that in case an end-user changes DNS or moves his Web site or mail server to another server, an alert notification is automatically sent to out to registered email addresses. DNSLookup reports for all domains is generated on daily basis and can be accessed around the clock through ControlDesk, says the company.

"ControlDesk is built around the concept of providing simplicity of management for a novice user," says Bhavin Chandarana, CEO of IndiaLinks. "We keep developing and adding tools, which helps resellers and hosting companies run, expand, manage and monitor their hosting business with just a few clicks."
