i had a terrible experience with my last host "monovm"
after 50 days , my website went down. i asked the support , they just said we are working on it and we have talked to our technical team , the problem is under investigation.
but after 3 weeks , they even ignored my messages , so i got angry cursing and swearing them.therefore i decided to transfer my domain.
i unfortunately chose HyperHost as my next one
i asked them to transfer my domain and paid the invoices. i got the EPP code from past host , then they said the domain is serverhold , i didnt know what it is , i talked back to past host , they said its ok no problem to transfer domain , i said that to HyperHost support , they tried again and transfered my domain to their site.
any way after 3 days i asked HyperHost my dns has not propagated , they kept saying please wait . 2 days after that i received an answer that your domain name has problem , its serverhold go to pir.org . i went there but it wasnt noway related to them. it was written there that this problem is made by registrar . i guess my past host monovm did that to hurt me because of cursing i said to them .
so i went to Hyperhost and said its not about pir.org , its about registrar . please solve the problem as now you are my registrar, besides if there was a problem , my past host wouldnt let the transfer ( i swear to god , its a simple affiliate website without any problem)
they said : "As your registrar, we inform you that your that there is no option to make your domain work. We don`t provide money back registration or prolongation of a domain due to tech specifications of such services."
these guys without saying anything about what the problem is , only think about Money! did i said any thing about money? no . i only needed support. i needed them as my registrar and host to help me about this situation. i only need to know what is the problem with my domain to solve it .because i swear to god i dont know what is the problem , what is wrong. just imagine one day you wake up and see your website is down and your webhost to your questions just send this message :" As your registrar, we inform you that your that there is no option to make your domain work. We don`t provide money back registration or prolongation of a domain due to tech specifications of such services."
as they dont answer what is the problem , just say me what is the problem in my ticket for now , i decided to ask my question here , maybe i get an answer here: "Mr HyperHost , what is the problem with my domain? what did i do wrong? what do you mean there is no option to make it work? what the hell is problem? "
even if my domain problem get solved , i will transfer it again from this host. receiving this answer from someone called SUPPORT was terrifying to me. i cant trust them with my Website
