i can't log on ftp with "abakaaba" to take my backups.

you send me 6 response from 5 different people !!
I send you 13 issue, i've only 6 response..
you close our web-site from the 23th novembre and we the 27th november !!
it's 4th days with our website shutdown by your super team
and nothing nothing for helping seriously

i hope you undertsanding why i'm nervous

Thanks for updating the ticket.

Due to cluster based struture unfortunately the details log file can not be possible to check :( But for your account security, please change the password of your control panel [from the link: https://secure.servage.net/cp/account/security/action:changepw]as well as the FTP account. Also, please restrict the FTP account for your user, if more than your main FTP account. And also check the file/folder permission too. The files must be 644 and folder must be either 755 or 711. Also, for keeping your account more secure, you can also activate GEOIP feature that comes with servage: control panel--> Account--------> Security----->GeoIP Security and activate it for your account.

i've been hacked... by C99Shell.BF.. (i think it's a script for masss mailing) in guineeplus.infoincludesjsjs.php
i've deleted the file.. but i'm not sure if it's all
do u know where can i fond my log file ?
i must analyse this log file to see what happened and secure files

the problem is.. if i abort some script directly in php code, i can crash definitively our web-site... the solution is to work on the backend of web-site to uninstall some module and making test
