The last but not least, the support staff offers stereo-typed support; you come up with a problem, they will assist you with only 10-20 minutes. Only 1 input for them, they need to improve their knowledgebase article so we dont bother you. But anyway, I'm very happy with their support. Fast, accurate, and helpfull.
