Cheats, Lies & Lack of Real People
This company lures you in with their prices, the first warning one must heed to is the "buy x at x INR", you realize that half these promos are for at least 3-4 years.
I was looking forward to buying their web builder but GUESS WHAT.. You need to buy for 10 years if you want it to be that attractive price. The company is run by some big shot brat since their support team will plaster you with automated responses or cheesy "Let me assure you why blah blah blah"...
Their payment gateway gave me hell and their lack of support made me lose a lot of business. Also, transferring my domain almost made me cry because of their stupidity...
I lost a lot of money invested in their hosting package since they don't offer refunds. I still have another hosting account stuck there and don't want to risk something happening to that. I would recommend they quit the web server business & join PR & media management since the only excellence they've shown is in their Television commercials..
